I pray to our Heavenly Father for the strength and wisdom to see and feel the positivity that is needed for myself despite how life on the job can be at times difficult and frustrating. I also pray in the hopes that as things start improving in my department, others will continue to follow by good example, work hard in an effort to make our workplace a better one, and make life on the job easier for everybody.
