Please pray for people with addictions and mental health issues to get the help and support that they need for the healing of their minds, bodies, and souls. Please pray for open and honest communication (past, present, and future) in relationships so that trust, marriages, and families may be restored and strengthened. Please pray for people who are going through struggles right now to know that they are forgiven and that our pasts don’t determine our futures. Thank you for your prayers.

Dear Friends:. I just received a breast cancer diagnosis on Friday. This has been a long process to get to this point due to my decision to change hospital systems. Specifically, please pray for healing and that I am able to quickly get a surgery date. It has been two full months since my screening mammogram that had questionable results. Thank you so much!

I am voluntarily undergoing electroconvulsive therapy as an outpatient for my schizoaffective disorder. I also take psychiatric medications but I am still subject to jarring hallucinations, delusions, and issues staying emotionally healthy, at times. The electroconvulsive therapy has been helpful so far, I have also done it in the past but I ask for prayer that I make as strong of a recovery as I can so I can get back to swimming and becoming a greater help to those around me. My family would frown on me praying. They’re not religious. I don’t always think there’s anything out there looking out for me but I will continue to hope. Please keep me in your prayers. I did not choose this diagnosis.

I have recently learned both of my grandparents (one who lives in Wisconsin and one who lives in Hawaii) have both been admitted to the hospital for sudden emergency health concerns. I ask that you pray over them and my family and as navigate this time.

Praise Report: Debbie, my friend’s daughter, was released from the hospital to her home yesterday. She has a wrist brace that she can remove to exercise her wrist up and down so it doesn’t become weak. Instead of a cast, she has an ankle brace and is wearing a boot that enables her to walk with a walker. Pray that the pain meds her husband was able to get in another town yesterday makes her comfortable. Thanks for your prayers.

Praise to our Lord! Last week, my friend Cindi had surgery to remove the grapefruit-sized mass in her abdomen. They initially told her mom (after surgery) that it was stage 2 ovarian cancer and they did a hysterectomy and also removed her appendix. Today, after the analysis of the mass, the surgeon told her that it was benign. No cancer! She just needs prayers of healing to restore her to full health. Dear Lord, thank you for hearing our prayers. Please bless all who have been praying for her. Thank you for giving Cindi her life back.
